Introduction

The commercialization of QCL(Quantum Cascade Laser) has achieved a new milestone with the recent maturing of room temperature continuous wave operation. Room temperature Mid-and-Far infrared QCL lasers can be used in ultra-fine molecules spectroscopy, high precision trace chemical sensing, free space optical communication, directional infrared counter measures and many other fields, both in research laboratories and out in industrial applications.

However, the transition from laboratory research to real world industrial applications is not straightforward especially for a brand new technology platform like QCL. Many past infrastructures for diode lasers in the near IR is no longer applicable for QCL. Development of QCL based system faces many challenges that are not well addressed by the photonics industry yet.

In addressing these challenges, Long Innovation is excited to introduce with the one of its kind high quality QCL chip level lasers. You can use it with Long Innovation’s QCL laser head, Mid-IR detector, temperature control and low noise integrated current driver module to build a complete QCL laser system. We do It is easy to install and operate, and has seal against moisture and dust, it can help customers to jump start a system based on QCL laser rapidly.
